FAQ's
Still unsure about jumping off our platform with merely an elastic band tied around your ankles? Check out our Frequently Asked Questions to put your mind at ease.
Are there any restrictions?
Yes. All jumpers must be at least 10 years of age and weigh
a minimum of 45kg. If you are under 16 years old, you
will also require parental consent. The maximum weight for a bungy
jump is 180kgs, which applies to solo and tandem jumps.
Prior to registration, the staff need to know if you
have any medical conditions that may make your bungy less
safe or enjoyable. These include previous dislocations,
asthma, pregnancy, back or head injury, and epilepsy. It is most
likely you will still be able to bungy jump, depending on the
injury or condition, but staff must be informed. If you are
concerned, please consult a medical professional.
What is a bungy cord made of?
Our bungy cords are made from 100% latex rubber (the same as the

jump masters and are in service for 500 jumps.
