Taupo Tourism Holdings may vary these Terms and Conditions at any
time. Any variations become effective on posting. By making a
purchase through this Site after the terms and conditions have been
varied, you agree to be bound by the variation.
General Terms and Conditions:
1. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once
the booking is complete except in accordance with applicable laws
in the region of purchase.
2. The on-line purchasing facility contains price
information. The price advertised may not be the same price charged
to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This
means that because Taupo Tourism Holdings are based in New Zealand,
your purchase is converted to New Zealand dollars, at the exchange
rate on the day it is processed. So if you purchase on this
website, you will always be charged the equivalent in New Zealand
dollars at the bank exchange rate of the day.
3. Participation may be refused if a customer does not
retain correct booking code information or cannot produce proof of
purchase or appropriate identification.
4. Prices may vary on-line to advertised prices
elsewhere.
5. If you are making a purchase for a child (voucher or online
booking) then you must ensure the child is aged between 10 - 15
years. Anyone aged 16 years or older requires an adult ticket. If
upon registration, it is found the person redeeming the child
voucher is in fact over 16 years old, then the difference in price
will need to be paid directly or voucher could be cancelled.
